Everyone has different preference and levels of comfort with human contact (before, during & after the COVID crisis). Your safety and comfort is our top priority and we can provide secure phone or video sessions.

This is also a great option if you are travelling for work or away on vacation and can't make your regular session appointments in person.  We can continue the work where ever you are.
