The Life Balance Support staff
Hi there, I'm Iris.
I am the Team Leader for the support staff and the official greeter at The Life Balance. On warm sunny days, I can be found hanging my head over the fence at the entrance to the office. I am gentle and caring with the small and meek (i.e. our chickens, cats & children). Please feel free to give me a pet, kiss, hug and/or sweet words of endearment as you pass me by. I look forward to many years working with this small but powerful counselling company. When I am not working, I enjoying chewing on toys, annoying The Life Balance felines, wrestling with my friends at the BX dog park and chasing my own tail.
Hi there, I'm Vincenzo but you can call me Vinnie.
I am a junior psychotherapist in training and the newest member of The Life Balance. Despite making many mistakes (such as peeing on the floor, chewing on furniture, chasing the cats, wrestling with clients, etc.) The Life Balance staff have been very patient in teaching me how to be my best self. I am still trying to overcome my nervousness, therefore with your permission, I will be joining your therapy sessions with the goal of becoming more confident and comfortable in my canine therapy role.
Hi there, I'm Ruby Grey.
I am part of the support staff. Because of my shy nature, I prefer to focus my time and energy on the interior of the facility. I pride myself on the fact that while you may never see me, my efforts can be found everywhere. When I am not busy ensuring that cleaning, cooking of staff lunches and restocking of client beverages are being done, I can be found under the blankets of beds, chesterfields or chairs throughout the facility.
Hi there, I'm Penny
I'm the client care quality officer for The Life Balance. It is my job to keep a watchful eye over the service standards. Clients will spot me sitting on the fence outside of the clinical office watching over the therapeutic process inside. If you have a complaint about any of the services offered at The Life Balance Office, please just fill out the 32 page client feedback form and I will get back to you within 360 business days to follow up.
