Costs of the visits are covered in BC, Ontario, and Alberta for those who have a valid health card. Patients across Canada can receive care, however outside of BC, Ontario, and Alberta, the telehealth appointments would start at $30. MSP covers the cost of the video visits for anyone in BC. The MSP covered visits occur weekdays from 7am to 6pm PT. To register, use the Maple app to talk to physicians, and to set up appointments. Appointments can be by video or phone.

Doctor’s visits are covered by your provincial health plan (MSP). You can choose your own doctor or simply book the next one available. Meet virtually, at your convenience, even on evenings and weekends. Doctor’s can prescribe directly through the app.

Wellness Together Canada: This is designed to be used on demand: you get to choose what you need, when you need it. Their services range from basic wellness information, to one-on-one sessions with a counsellor, to participating in a community of support. CMHA Kelowna Virtual counselling services: For Adults ages 25+, weekdays during the afternoon (excluding holidays). This service is available free of charge to individuals, couples, families, and caregivers of youth who are struggling. Those who are having difficulty coping with the challenges related to the COVID pandemic are also welcome to access these supports.
