Wellness Together Canada: This is designed to be used on demand: you get to choose what you need, when you need it. Their services range from basic wellness information, to one-on-one sessions with a counsellor, to participating in a community of support. BC COVID-19 Mental Health Network: Access free, phone-based, short-term support with a counsellor. Email bccovidtherapists@gmail.com to receive an appointment time.
CMHA Kelowna Virtual counselling services: For Adults ages 25+, weekdays during the afternoon (excluding holidays). This service is available free of charge to individuals, couples, families, and caregivers of youth who are struggling. Those who are having difficulty coping with the challenges related to the COVID pandemic are also welcome to access these supports.
