We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, cash, e-mail transfers or personal cheques.

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is canceled less than 48 hours prior, the full fee will be charged. There is always an option to meet virtually if you’re unable to attend an in-person session. Please note that most insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions. 

Counselling services are not covered by Medical Services Plan (MSP) in British Columbia. Extended health care plans often provide coverage for Counselling (mental health services). It is important that you find out exactly what counselling services your insurance policy covers. If your insurance plan covers counselling services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor, we may be able to directly bill for your counselling services.  In some cases, you might have to submit your receipts to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
